Shipping & Returns


DPD (1-4 working days)

 All orders will be processed within 1-2 working days. We then aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders in 1-4 working days.

As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email outlining your order and your tracking information.

However, sometimes during busy periods deliveries may take longer. You can track your order via the link in your confirmation email. If you have not received your delivery within five working days, please contact us via email. We do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.

A signature is required on delivery for standard delivery. If you are not in when the postman tries to deliver they will leave a card and then take your order back to the post office. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange redelivery or collection.



We refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in an unworn condition within 28 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.

Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact and with the despatch note you received enclosed.
